Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Our socks are sent from overseas fulfilment partners. Most orders arrive in roughly 5–10 working days after dispatch. Remote areas can take longer. We'll email tracking details once your order ships.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping within Australia is A$5.95, and free on orders of A$50 or more. Express is A$15. We also ship to selected countries for a flat A$20. The final cost is shown at checkout.

Will my order arrive in one parcel?
Not always. Multi-item orders can arrive in separate parcels.

Returns

What if something is wrong with my order?
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described or significantly different from what was shown, contact us for a repair, replacement or refund. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

Can I return socks I've worn?
For hygiene reasons, worn socks can only be returned if they are faulty or not as described.

Sizing

What size are your socks?
Most adult styles come in one size that fits a range of foot sizes. Each product page shows the supplier's stated size range, and our Size Guide lists them in one place. Kids styles are sold by age range.
